Project Overview

Our client, a leading company in Downtown Boston, is seeking a skilled Senior Construction Project Manager to lead their high-end interior renovation projects. With a focus on delivering exceptional quality and service, they pride themselves on building strong relationships with clients and employees alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and monitor construction schedules to ensure timely completion and budget adherence
  • Secure necessary permits, licenses, and occupancy certificates
  • Manage financial aspects of contracts, including fee payment, rental equipment, and income/expenses
  • Schedule and assist in progress meetings with trade contractors and construction superintendents
  • Assume additional responsibilities or special projects as needed

Requirements
  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Experience running multiple projects on their own
  • Interior renovation experience, Downtown Boston preferred but not required
  • Experience managing projects from $1M - $15M
  • Commutable to Downtown Boston
