Key Responsibilities- Perform medication history interviews and provide education to patients on prescription and over-the-counter medications
- Counsel patients on medication regimens and ensure adherence
- Monitor medication therapies and communicate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Retrieve and provide drug information to healthcare providers and patients
- High School Diploma or GED
- Currently enrolled in an accredited College of Pharmacy with an active board of pharmacy intern licensure
