#### Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage audit engagements for our for-profit clients, ensuring compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements
* Work closely with clients to provide assurance and advisory services, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for best practices
* Manage and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of engagements
* Prepare and review related documents
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
* Participate in business development activities, identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion
* Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure the successful completion of engagements

#### Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
* CPA certification required
* 3+ years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on external audit and assurance services
* Strong knowledge of GAAP and other regulatory requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and provide recommendations for improvement
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and support
* Experience with benefits and insurance audits is a plus
