We are seeking a general laborer to join our Bloomington- Normal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background operating equipment to optimum efficiency to meet quality, cost, and operational requirements of daily schedules. Great time management skills, and ability to move at a fast pace.
Job Description:
· Accurately perform bagging specifications, ranges, and targets to meet quality standards.
· Physically lift, dump, and package bags/boxes products weighing up to 50lbs.
· Observe equipment operation and components, such as sensors, limit switches, proximity switches, conveyor belts, and photo eyes,
to detect machine malfunction.
Skill sand Qualifications:
Must Haves:
· Ability to work at a fast pace.
· Ability to lift 50lbs repetitively.
Nice to Haves:
· Previous landscaping experience.
· Farming background.
· 1+ year equipment operating.
Work Environment:
· Non temperature-controlled warehouse.
· Expect to stand/bend/twist for the entirety of
the shift.
