KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assess customer rental requirements; aim to upgrade them to a premium vehicle while highlighting optional features and benefits to enhance their experience.
  • Clarify rental terms with all clients to ensure comprehension of rates, return schedules, optional fees, and additional services.
  • Address inquiries, provide directions, and share local area insights.
  • Resolve customer service challenges fairly and equitably to maintain customer loyalty.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions.
  • Prepare vehicles for subsequent rentals, including cleaning, detailing, and refueling.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to meet business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations in the past three years.
  • Employment is contingent upon passing a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. is required.
  • A minimum of one year of customer service or sales experience is preferred.
