Job Title: Critical Care Nurse

We are seeking an experienced ICU RN to join our team at Inova Fairfax's Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU). As a Critical Care Nurse, you will work in a fast-paced critical care environment that emphasizes teamwork, excellent patient care, and professional growth.

About the Role:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and challenging environment
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and technologies
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience as a RN (ICU experience)
  • 2+ years of ICU experience strongly preferred
  • Education - BSN from an accredited school of nursing
  • BLS for Healthcare Provider Certification required and ACLS strongly preferred (must obtain within first 3 months)
  • RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a RN
  • Proficient in English, strong verbal and written communication skills
