Bilingual Receptionist and Security Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Receptionist and Security Guard to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. Your duties will also include monitoring our Security Operations Center (SOC) 24/7, overseeing life safety systems, access control, surveillance, and emergency response coordination.
Additional Responsibilities- Manage our switchboard and handle calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Support HR with team member documentation and respond to email inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist in internal and external incident investigations and execute our comprehensive Security Programs.
- Conduct security patrols, perform temperature verifications, and assist with emergency protocols.
- Verify identities, maintain access controls, and ensure compliance with security regulations.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong customer service skills, thrive in a team environment, and have a high school diploma (or equivalent). A valid driver's license and the ability to obtain First Aid, CPR, and AED certification within 30 days of hire are also required. Proficiency in MS Office tools and excellent communication abilities are essential.
Work EnvironmentThis full-time position operates Sunday through Thursday from 3:00 PM-11:00 PM, offering stability and a supportive work environment. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.
