Nurse Practitioner Open Heart Surgery

Cleveland Clinic's Mercy Hospital is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join its Open Heart Surgery team as a PRN caregiver. With a focus on providing exceptional patient care, this role is ideal for nurses with cardiac or surgical experience.
Job DescriptionThe PRN Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for delivering professional nursing care in an operative setting to adult and pediatric patients undergoing surgical or other invasive procedures. Key responsibilities include performing circulating functions, such as monitoring, recording and communicating patients' conditions, and managing the overall nursing care of patients before, during and after the procedure.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you must have a graduate degree from an accredited school of professional nursing and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a member of the surgical team, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless patient care and efficient operating room operations.
