Process Control Engineer

PTS Advance is seeking a highly skilled Process Control Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing technical support for our refinery's automation systems, including DCS, PLC, HMI, and SCADA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain control logic, HMI, alarms, and other control system applications.
  • Commission new control system hardware and I/O.
  • Participate in alarm management improvement efforts.
  • Manage data reporting through control system historian and PI interfaces.
  • Build DCS communication interfaces.
  • Support/lead PSM activities such as Management of Change, HAZOP, and LOPA.
  • Perform troubleshooting and incident investigations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Process Controls or Process Engineering in a refinery, petro-chemical, or related heavy industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Compensation:

$60-$85/hr
