Position Overview

The Produce Associate Team Leader plays a vital role in supporting the team leader in managing daily operations, focusing on profitability, expense management, procurement, merchandising, labor oversight, compliance with regulations, and special projects as assigned. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain innovative store layouts and product displays.

Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 18 months of retail team member experience and at least 6 months in a supervisory role.
Physical Requirements / Working Conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Standing and walking for 6-8 hours during an 8-hour workday.
  • Frequent hand use including grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
  • Engagement in motions such as bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching.
  • Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals.
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures, including up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Capability to work in wet and cold environments.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Proficient use of tools and equipment, including box cutters and electric pallet jacks.
