Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork

Requirements:

  • Current Connecticut RN License required within 90 days of hire
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school
  • BLS certification by the American Heart Association
  • Minimum One year of experience of recent Acute Care RN experience required
