Banquet Operations Manager

A key position in the Culinary Department, the Banquet Chef is responsible for overseeing the successful operation of food preparation and service. This role involves working closely with the Executive Chef to develop daily menu items and their presentation.

- Assist the Executive Chef in managing cost controls and inventory

- Oversee the production and execution of catering events
Preferred Qualifications:
- A.S. or equivalent experience in culinary arts or a related field
- Progressive kitchen management experience, depending on formal degree or training
- Catering experience a plus
