Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Forrest Oakes Healthcare Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team.
About the Role:- Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice.
- Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shifts, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work performed in accordance to facility standards.
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.
- Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
