Job Title: Beauty Advisor - Flex

We are seeking a skilled Beauty Advisor to join our team at Sephora. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and creating personalized beauty experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending products that meet their needs.
  • Demonstrate product application techniques and skincare routines to clients, showcasing your expertise in beauty.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and new products at Sephora, sharing your knowledge with clients.
  • Deliver exceptional client service, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.
  • Participate in sales and promotional events, driving sales and promoting Sephora's products.
  • Provide excellent client service when clients arrive to pick up their orders, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store, contributing to a positive customer experience.
Qualifications/Experience:
  • Prior equivalent work experience in retail, preferably in a beauty-related field.
  • Passion for client service and beauty, with a strong desire to help others feel confident and beautiful.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Resilience and ability to react to situations in the moment, with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
  • Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
