Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Administrator/Assistant to join our team at Crystal D. This role plays a pivotal part in driving company growth through enhanced sales processes and productivity.

About the Role:
As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for collaborating closely with the Revenue team to support overall team success. You will partner with the Executive VP of Wholesale Sales to develop and implement effective sales processes, monitor and track key performance indicators, and generate weekly reports to support business objectives. Additionally, you will assist the Sales Manager in planning and implementing ongoing sales training programs, serve as an advisor to the Wholesale Revenue team, and plan and communicate structured call campaigns for Territory and Account Managers. Your skills and expertise will enable you to effectively communicate the benefits and features of Crystal D's products and services, build rapport with customers, and influence key stakeholders to promote Crystal D products.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in promotional products industry sales, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and technical savvy ness. Strong financial acumen and ability to create spreadsheet reports are also essential. Familiarity with sales processes and customer service best practices is required, along with a willingness to work flexible hours based on business demands. Estimated salary for this position is $55-65K per year.
