Key Responsibilities
  • Provide crisis intervention, group and individual education, and case management services to Behavioral Health consumers, family members, and caregivers.
  • Prepare reports and maintain confidentiality related to consumer services.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the recovery team.
  • Provide supportive services, money management, housing linkage, and other related services as needed.
  • Collaborate with community agencies and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as social work, psychology, or counseling.
  • Experience working in behavioral health, social services, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of state, federal, and local laws, regulations, and requirements for the provision of behavioral health services.
