Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients in the Progressive Care Unit.
- Educate patients and their families on medication management and treatment plans.
- Maintain and update patient records, including test results and examination findings.
- Administer medications as per physician directives.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must possess:
- A valid Florida Registered Nurse license or appropriate compact licensure.
- A Nursing Diploma or Associate of Science in Nursing; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred.
- Prior experience in an acute care environment is highly desirable.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Strong critical thinking skills, commitment to service excellence, and effective communication abilities.
