Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with clients to better understand their insurance needs and preferences.">
  • Develop and implement customized insurance solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and marketing campaigns.">
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to drive growth and expansion.">
  • Establish and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales performance, and marketing efforts.">
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.">
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to achieve shared business objectives.">
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.">

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.">
  • High school diploma or equivalent.">
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.">
  • The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute).">
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).">
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating system.">
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality.">
  • The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues.">
  • An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation.">
