Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with PCPs to create personalized patient experiences
  • Coordinate with outside service providers to ensure seamless patient care
  • Perform phlebotomy and IV procedures to aid in patient diagnostics and treatment
  • Assist providers with procedures to ensure smooth and efficient patient care
  • Welcome members at every point of contact and provide exceptional customer service
  • Customize the member experience through direct communication with patients

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant
  • Proficiency in performing electrocardiograms (ECG/EKG), phlebotomy, and injections (SC and IM)
  • Experience with Electronic Health Records
  • Adaptability to change in process and technology
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Prior experience working in primary care
