Key Responsibilities:- Educate and empower members on how to utilize their membership effectively
- Work collaboratively with PCPs to create personalized patient experiences
- Coordinate with outside service providers to ensure seamless patient care
- Perform phlebotomy and IV procedures to aid in patient diagnostics and treatment
- Assist providers with procedures to ensure smooth and efficient patient care
- Welcome members at every point of contact and provide exceptional customer service
- Customize the member experience through direct communication with patients
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized clinic environment
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant
- Proficiency in performing electrocardiograms (ECG/EKG), phlebotomy, and injections (SC and IM)
- Experience with Electronic Health Records
- Adaptability to change in process and technology
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Prior experience working in primary care
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
