About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SERVICE ENGINEER I to join our team in Plymouth, MI. The successful candidate will be responsible for installation, setup, configuration, maintenance, and calibration troubleshooting repairs for AVL hardware and software.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation, setup, configuration, maintenance, and calibration troubleshooting repairs for AVL hardware and software
  • Act as Liaison and company representative for customers
  • Perform at customer sites; test equipment installation, configuration, maintenance, and calibration to AVL specifications
  • Troubleshoot and repair products to AVL specifications following defined processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent work experience
  • 0-2+ years' experience in related field
  • Understanding of electrical and mechanical processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
