As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the efficient operation of our repair shop, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling mechanics/technicians' work and ordering parts
  • Ensuring the quality and timely completion of jobs exceeding customer expectations
  • Communicating safety and mechanical issues to the store manager
  • Providing excellent customer service and sales support
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
  • 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
  • Basic math and PC skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
