We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Paraprofessional Educator to join our team at The Menta Education Group. As a Substitute Teacher Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our instructors and staff in providing targeted teaching and support to students in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities- Assist classroom instructors with lesson planning and implementation
- Provide individualized support to students with diverse needs
- Manage classroom behaviors and maintain a safe learning environment
- Collaborate with staff to develop and implement behavioral programs
- Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field
- Substitute Teacher Certificate
- Experience working with students with special needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
