Overview:

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Store Leadership Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in driving store performance and customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, working closely with our customer service representatives, and helping them develop their skills.
  • You will assist with customer account management, including accepting payments, monitoring accounts, and managing appointments.
  • You will work to meet company-set performance standards by leveraging business-to-business partnership opportunities, obtaining referrals, and participating in in-store and community events.
  • You will develop customer relationships to build new business, maintain store profitability, and promote brand loyalty and recognition.
  • You will provide support, coaching, and development to customer service representatives to improve the team's potential.
  • You will maintain accurate customer information in our point of sale system.
  • You will ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • You will maintain office security protocols and perform opening and closing procedures, including managing the vault, cash drawer, and bank deposits.
  • You will monitor and maintain internal and external store appearance and cleanliness.
  • You will utilize your vehicle to complete bank deposits and other company business throughout the workday.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience
  • Minimum one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work phone, point of sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems
  • Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
  • Background check required

Estimated Salary:$50,000 - $70,000 per year, based on location and experience.
