Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by guiding consumers through the loan or pawn process based on their financial needs.
  • Assist customers in managing their accounts by handling payments and appointments.
  • Meet performance standards by leveraging partnerships for referrals and participating in in-store and community events.
  • Build strong customer relationships to enhance business growth and brand loyalty.
  • Support and develop Customer Service Representatives to maximize team potential.
  • Ensure accurate management of customer information in the Point of Sale system.
  • Uphold compliance with Company policies and local regulations, ensuring a safe work environment.
  • Implement security protocols and manage cash handling procedures effectively.
  • Maintain an attractive and clean store appearance while addressing facility needs.
  • Utilize your personal vehicle for deposit runs and various Company business tasks.
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment while efficiently managing multiple tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members at all levels.
  • Availability for a full-time schedule (minimum 40 hours per week), including occasional Saturday shifts.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of 3 months in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with phone systems, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and related programs.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
  • Background check required (subject to applicable law).
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or higher.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is an advantage and may be required for specific locations.
