Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience is required; preferred fields of study or experience may include Risk Management, Insurance, Construction Management, or Safety.

Desirable experience may encompass insurance loss control, underwriting, claims handling, commercial property inspections, and safety-related occupations.

Strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. The ability to produce clear and informative reports that meet quality standards is crucial.

Proficiency with technology, including laptops, mobile devices, MS Office, and mobile applications is expected. A solid understanding of functional math for measuring areas, perimeters, and percentages is necessary.

Self-motivated planning and goal-setting abilities are vital for maintaining effective and consistent work habits.

You should be capable of efficiently routing, scheduling, documenting, and conducting site visits to optimize time management with minimal supervision. Record specific details and measurements, gather data, and navigate to and from various sites.

This role involves working in diverse environments and weather conditions, including walking, standing, climbing stairs, and driving for extended periods to fulfill work assignments; occasional ladder use may be required.

Professional certifications such as CFPS, CSP, ARM, ALCM, NFPA, and/or CPCU are advantageous.


Requirements for this Role:
A valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record in line with company policies. Willingness to travel overnight (in and out of state) as business needs dictate. Ability to absorb, learn, and apply training materials through virtual or in-person classes, recorded media, and on-the-job mentorship. A distraction-free remote work environment with a reliable high-speed internet connection is essential. Primary residence should be within the designated geographic area. This position allows for remote work, with onsite property evaluations within a specified territory.
