Summary of Position

As a T-Mobile retail sales associate, you'll be a wireless expert who can sell all T-Mobile products and services while providing amazing customer service during each visit. You'll need to know wireless technology and love to help people by assessing their needs. We provide our enthusiastic professionals with the best-in-class training necessary to educate our customers on T-Mobile's many products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess customer needs and provide solutions using T-Mobile products and services
  • Provide exceptional customer service during each visit
  • Meet sales goals and exceed customer expectations
  • Participate in continuous learning and training to stay up-to-date on wireless technology and T-Mobile products

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
