Responsibilities:
As a LPN or LVN, you will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance of a physical, social, and psychological environment that promotes the well-being of our residents. This includes monitoring the care of residents according to treatment plans prescribed by a physician and documenting responses to care plans. You will also administer medications, ensure the cleanliness and security of the medicine supply room, and adhere to company systems, procedures, and processes.
