About the Role

In this key position, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing plant operations, improving efficiency, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. As an Industrial Sustainability Specialist, you will design, develop, and optimize plant processes for efficient waste plastic processing.

  • Process Engineering: Develop and implement sustainable process solutions to minimize waste and maximize productivity.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Oversee equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Project Management: Manage capital projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong understanding of process engineering principles and sustainability practices
  • Experience with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
