Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Sustainability Insights Specialist to join our team in Houston, TX. As a key member of our sustainability department, you will play a crucial role in collecting, analyzing, and reporting on sustainability data to support our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Collect and analyze sustainability data from various internal and external sources, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.">
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive sustainability reports in accordance with industry standards and frameworks, such as GRI and SASB.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and ensure seamless reporting processes.">
  • Monitor and track sustainability performance indicators and metrics, providing insights to improve our ESG performance.">
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sustainability strategies and initiatives, aligning with our company's mission and goals.">
  • Ensure timely preparation of annual sustainability reports and other related documentation, meeting industry expectations and regulatory requirements.">
  • Conduct research on sustainability trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, staying up-to-date with industry developments.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field.">
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sustainability reporting or a related role, demonstrating expertise in data analysis and reporting.">
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights effectively.">
  • Knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks and standards, including GRI and SASB.">
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with strong organizational and project management skills.">
  • Preferred qualifications: experience with sustainability reporting software, familiarity with environmental regulations, and advanced degree in a related field.">

Estimated Salary Range

">

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
