Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving studio sales and memberships, with a focus on sales and business development. This role will also involve supervising sales representatives and flexologists, as well as coordinating with vendors to ensure accurate inventory counts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a sales process to schedule prospects into intro classes
  • Drive membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts
  • Supervise sales representatives and flexologists to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure accurate inventory counts and timely restocking
  • Proficiently use ClubReady software to track revenue reports, attendance reports, and other key metrics
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in fitness sales or membership sales
  • Proven ability to generate personal sales and train sales representatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the studio owner
  • Highly organized and proficient in data management
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
