Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a correctional facility or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of correctional policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
