  • Manage a global organization, leading local commodity managers and buyers.
  • Develop and implement sourcing tools and strategies to ensure material availability.
  • Collaborate with global sourcing teams to achieve business targets.
  • Proactively report significant market developments to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in business, engineering, or science.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing and leadership roles.
  • Technical experience in sourcing, design, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, methods, and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
