SLX HOLDINGS LLC is seeking a highly skilled Strength and Conditioning Coach to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one assisted stretches and leading guided group stretching classes for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and group stretch classes for up to 6 clients
  • Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions to ensure a positive experience
  • Build and retain client relationships through sales and outreach to leads
  • Manage client care by delivering exceptional stretching experiences, updating client notes consistently, and booking recurring appointments
  • Ensure client safety by enforcing proper stretch techniques and adhering to StretchLab policies and safety rules
  • Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations to stay up-to-date on industry best practices
  • Handle client concerns and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist Sales Associates and General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed
  • Maintain a strong social media presence to engage with clients and promote StretchLab
  • Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure it is available for client use
Requirements:
  • Passion for boutique fitness and a love of stretching, mobility, and flexibility
  • Previous experience as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Pilates or Yoga Instructor
  • Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provide hands-on training with clients
  • Fitness certification required
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people
  • Ability to connect with clients and help them achieve their goals
  • Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies
  • Availability to complete our 2-day Flexologist Training Program, which includes 20 hours of online tutorials and 2 days of in-person/hands-on training
Compensation:

Hourly wage: $22-$25 per hour for stretching members, with additional hours available at $10 per hour when not stretching
