Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises, including guestroom floors, meeting spaces, back-of-house areas, public areas, stairwells, parking ramps, and surface lots.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and associates, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and submit incident reports and nightly shift reports, documenting any incidents or issues that may have occurred during your shift.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and associates, responding to emergencies and taking proactive measures to prevent incidents.
  • Protect company assets and property, including cash and valuables, and ensure that all doors and gates are secured during required times.
  • Assist with other duties as needed, including delivering amenities to guests and collecting breakfast door hangers and room service trays.
  • Enforce noise ordinances and work with the MOD to address situations involving guests and associates.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in hospitality, guest service, and/or security is preferred.
  • Ability to read and write in English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
