Development Projects Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Development Projects Coordinator to join our team at DFM Development Services LLC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bond management, land development, and customer service.

This role will involve researching bonds and agreements, compiling paperwork, meeting with inspectors, and coordinating with contractors. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating progress towards achieving bond release by developing strong relationships with jurisdiction representatives.

Responsibilities
  • Researching bonds and agreements on file with jurisdictions
  • Compiling paperwork required from engineers, utility companies, and developers
  • Meeting with inspectors to review paperwork and site conditions
  • Coordination with contractors to address deficiencies
  • Verifying and documenting site conditions, improvements, and repairs
Requirements
  • 2+ years of bond management experience
  • 5+ years of land development experience
  • GED and/or associate degree
  • Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe PDF or BlueBeam skills
