About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Women's Services team at Gadsden Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, and provide care based on identified needs and physician orders.
  • Develop and implement patient education plans to promote health and wellness.
  • Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of care.
  • Supervise LPNs and unlicensed personnel, and serve as a preceptor to orientees and nursing graduates.
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with medical staff, administrative personnel, and other members of the healthcare team.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a School of Nursing
  • Licensed by the State of Alabama Board of Nursing as an RN
  • Preferred: 1+ years of Women and Children's experience specifically in Pediatrics
