Job Summary:
M3 is seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Software Engineer to join our team. This role requires a professional with extensive experience in software development, particularly in the design and implementation of dynamic enterprise-class applications.

Key Responsibilities:
This position involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and develop innovative software solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-quality software applications. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and improving existing applications, as well as mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should possess a minimum of 10+ years of experience in a directly related position. A Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in IT, MIS, or Computer Science. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, along with the ability to build and maintain positive business relationships with colleagues and other stakeholders. Additionally, experience with REST APIs, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, relational database systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL, and cloud platforms like Azure is highly desirable.
