Rotating 8hr shifts

This department has a family atmosphere

Days+Call - M-F call once/twice a week ; occasionally M-F shift or shift; occasionally Sat/Sun shift

Cover Weekend call approximately every 4th/5th weekend, Fri 1515-Mon 0645, first to float

Job Requirements

Must have 3 years of experience in relevant field

Experience with open bellies GYN, Davinci Xi for general, and Endo required

Schedule Information

Shifts: Rotating 8hr shifts ; ; ; weekend only

Clinical supervisor makes the schedule

Weeknight/

Call Requirements

1-2 times per week, Weekend/

Based on staffing, every 3-4 weekends, Fri 1515-Mon 0645

Holiday/

Call Requirements

Must be willing to work holidays- rotate with perm staff

Call response time: 15 minutes

Orientation

4-5 days on the unit, 2 buddy call shifts

OR - GENERAL/ROBOTICS and OR - ORTHO/NEURO information

Suites: 12 ORs, 1 Endo Suite, 1 Cysto Suite

Average cases per day: 25-30

Must have skills: Specific skills related to GENERAL/ROBOTICS and ORTHO/NEURO surgeries

Floating Requirements

Willing to float to various specialties and perform as a 1:1 sitter if required

Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity

RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract).
