The Role:

In this role, you will collaborate with senior executives and their teams to evaluate financial performance and make informed investment choices.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining and refining expense models to assist in forecasting expenditures, addressing immediate needs while considering the long-term implications of decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
As a trusted Finance Partner to senior leaders within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector, you will work closely with the team to gain a comprehensive understanding of their strategic initiatives and priorities.
You will excel in communication, crafting compelling presentations for senior executives that narrate the story of business performance through impactful visuals and insightful data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Corporate Finance, Accounting, and Offshore Shared Services, to drive optimal financial outcomes and support organizational objectives.
Influence decision-making among business partners and engage in critical discussions to advocate for beneficial business outcomes.
Support the business team in justifying investment decisions and conducting Return on Investment analyses.
Develop your own insights on the long-term impacts of business decisions by analyzing model drivers and key quantitative and qualitative factors.
Oversee investment allocation processes, providing clear perspectives to guide investment strategies.
Take ownership of the financial planning process for your teams.
Be enthusiastic about driving automation initiatives and simplifying processes to enhance efficiency and reduce delivery timelines.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to assess key business and financial metrics and deliver actionable insights.
Proficient in distilling large data sets into concise, impactful presentations for senior leadership, highlighting clear narratives and key takeaways.
Inquisitive about the business landscape, unafraid to ask essential questions to resolve complex challenges.
Adept at navigating a dynamic environment that evolves with business needs.
Results-oriented with the capacity to apply sound reasoning, think critically, and work autonomously to achieve objectives.
Proficiency in Excel is essential, with experience in Power BI, Tableau, and Anaplan being advantageous.
A minimum of 6 years of experience in Finance or a related field is required.
Compensation:
