Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Nesco Resource. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement work plans to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
  • Lead and train maintenance team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
  • Use problem-solving skills and root cause analysis to resolve maintenance issues and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and implement new technologies and techniques to improve maintenance efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
  • Strong technical aptitude and experience with maintenance management software
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and relevant work experience
  • Ability to work a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and overtime as needed
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a maintenance supervisor or lead in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with production reporting systems and preventative maintenance programs
  • BS/BA degree in a related field and significant relevant experience
