Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing information and directions as needed.
- Parking Operations: Monitor and manage parking spaces, ensuring that they are available and accessible to customers.
- Lot Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the parking lot, including sweeping, cleaning, and restocking supplies.
- Security: Patrol the parking lot and surrounding areas to prevent and respond to any security incidents.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, parking operations, or a related field preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong attention to detail.
- Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Competitive Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour.
- Benefits: Eligible employees will participate in the various benefits plans, including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, long/short term disability, life insurance, accident insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
