AP/AR Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled AP/AR Specialist to join our team at PEPMOVE. As a key member of our Accounting Department, you will be responsible for managing various financial functions, including customer pricing, invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full cycle accounts payable, including managing incoming mail, emails, and reviewing bills for accuracy.
- Full cycle accounts receivable, including posting customer payments, sending monthly statements, and managing customer accounts.
- Vendor account management for all locations, including reconciliation and monthly review.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in AP/AR, preferably with QuickBooks Online experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a positive attitude and dependable work ethic.
- Intermediate Excel proficiency and experience with Word and Outlook.
