We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at The Joint Chiropractic. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, managing clinic operations, and supporting our team in achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent patient service, ensuring a positive experience for all members and patients
  • Manage clinic operations, including scheduling appointments, handling patient inquiries, and maintaining accurate records
  • Support sales efforts by promoting membership options, packages, and promotions
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a healthcare or sales environment preferred
