Job Title: Post-Tension Outside Sales Representative

At Barnsco Texas, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Post-Tension Outside Sales Representative. As a vital member of our sales team, you will play a key role in driving our success by attracting new customers and providing outstanding service to our current clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Become a Product Expert: Develop in-depth knowledge of our Post-Tension products, their applications, and how to communicate their value to customers.
  • Consultative Selling: Use your expertise to provide tailored recommendations and answer technical questions, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Innovate Sales Strategies: Develop creative approaches to attract new customers and retain existing ones, ensuring growth and satisfaction.
  • Sales Generation: Make proactive outbound calls and follow up on leads to generate new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal support staff to ensure timely order processing, account management, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3-5 years in sales, preferably in the Post-Tension industry.
  • Organized: Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Communicator: Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to engage with customers both over the phone and in person.
  • Problem Solver: Resourceful and proactive in addressing customer needs and concerns.
  • Professional: Maintain a polished appearance suitable for the construction field.
  • Bilingual: Proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred, helping you connect with a broader customer base.
