Job Overview

As a Software QA Tester at Serigor Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our Cannabis Licensing System. This is a 12+ month hybrid position that requires a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and experience with Oracle, HP LoadRunner, and other related tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test plans for web applications using HP ALM
  • Perform system, end-to-end integration, automated, performance, smoke, black box, white box, and usability testing
  • Work with automation testing tools such as HP UFT, QTP, and Win Runner to record and script automated functional tests
  • Develop and maintain user and technical documentation for application teams
  • Collaborate with business analysts, program subject matter experts, and technical staff to ensure the quality of the system being developed
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and experience with Oracle, HP LoadRunner, and other related tools
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with automation testing tools such as HP UFT, QTP, and Win Runner
  • Strong understanding of Java code, VB Script, and other programming languages
