Job Description

Technical and Engineering - Quest Staffing Services is seeking a highly skilled Quality Laboratory Analyst to join our team. As a Quality Laboratory Analyst, you will be responsible for performing lot release testing for the AVITA family of products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Routine and Non-Routine Analysis

Conduct routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, in-process items, and finished product according to established procedures and cGMP guidelines.

Compile Test Records and Review Data

Compile test records and review data to ensure compliance with standards and report any quality anomalies.

Review Test Results and Perform OOS Investigations

Review test results to ensure compliance with standards and report any quality anomalies. Perform OOS investigations according to written procedures.

Project Tracking and Coordination

Track and coordinate projects to ensure timely completion and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Validation and Qualification Activities

Perform validation and qualification activities to ensure equipment and processes meet regulatory requirements.

Environmental Monitoring of Cleanroom

Monitor the cleanroom environment to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Calibration and Calibration Verification of Equipment

Calibrate and verify equipment prior to use to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Compliance with Regulatory Agencies and Requirements

Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and requirements, including FDA guidelines and other regulatory requirements.

Requirements
  • Strong Attention to Detail

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team setting.

Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills

Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to work cross-functionally with multiple levels of management.

Proficient in MS Office Applications

Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel and Word.

Knowledge and Understanding of Analytical Methodologies and Instrumentation

Knowledge and understanding of analytical methodologies and instrumentation, including cGMP guidelines and other regulatory requirements.

Experience in Laboratory Setting

3-6 years of laboratory experience required, with microbiology laboratory experience a plus.

Education and Training

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a scientific field required.
