Job Summary

Stanford Sierra Youth & Families is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team as a Yolo-Wrap Specialist. In this role, you will provide comprehensive mental health services to at-risk children, youth, and families in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strength-based, culturally competent mental health services, including psychotherapeutic interventions, to eligible clients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring all clinical records are current and accurate.
  • Collaborate with internal programs, departments, and staff to provide support and ensure positive relationships with system partners, families, and providers.
  • Participate in clinical supervision, peer review, and utilization processes as assigned.
  • Meet all outcomes as documented in the Employee Development Plan.
Requirements
  • Masters' degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential.
  • At least 1 year of experience providing services to adolescents and their families.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with culturally diverse populations and communities.
  • Knowledge of Evidence-Based Practices and ability to utilize them whenever possible.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and ability to maintain a calendar with work-related details.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $67,000 - $74,000.
