Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills are essential. Retail experience is preferred. Proficiency in technology is required. Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to read, write, and communicate in English is necessary; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
This position requires associates to move throughout the store to assist customers, retrieve merchandise, complete visual merchandising tasks, and replenish stock. Frequent physical activity includes pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, and reaching. Associates may need to operate a computerized register system and adjust or move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds with assistance.
