Regional Sales Manager

The J. M. Smucker Company is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager, Convenience to drive business growth and revenue in the Away from Home sales channel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans, strategies, and objectives to achieve business unit objectives. Your primary focus will be on delivering sales revenue and market share targets for the Convenience Channel. You will lead a broker team and have direct accountability for key convenience chains, independents, and distributors within assigned markets. Key responsibilities include managing financial business aspects, trade spend budgets, and promotional activities to ensure effective execution of sales plans. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer marketing, accounting, and revenue growth management, to achieve established growth and profitability targets for the customer portfolio.
