KBR is looking for a Senior Security Analyst to provide support for a US Government client.

Overview:

The role involves overseeing and enforcing security protocols, ensuring adherence to all government and corporate security regulations concerning physical access, documentation, and debriefings. Responsibilities may include the development and implementation of security measures in collaboration with management. The position may also involve conducting security briefings and maintaining educational programs on security. Investigating security breaches and losses, recommending corrective actions, and liaising with external agencies to keep management updated on security matters are key components of this role. Additionally, the analyst will ensure the proper destruction of classified and proprietary information in line with established policies.


Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in physical security for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)
- Develop Construction Security Plans (CSP) and review design files for SCIF construction
- Conduct Fixed Facility Checklists (FFC) and SCIF TEMPEST Checklists
- Manage Compartmented Area (CA) Checklists, including knowledge of Special Access Program (SAP) security policies
- Handle Co-Use Agreements (CUA) and Memorandums of Understanding (MOU)
- Oversee SCIF Co-Use Requests and complete annual SCIF inspections
- Manage Intrusion Detection Systems and access lists, including alarm testing and response drills
- Utilize DISS for security management
- Process Visit Requests and confirm clearances
- Handle foreign travel notifications and utilize various IT systems
- Maintain SCIF records and review equipment requests
- Submit medical device requests for SSO Navy approval
- Interpret and apply relevant policies and guidance
- Create standard operating procedures and training materials
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and communications
- Draft designation letters

Basic Qualifications:
- A degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience (4-6 years minimum)
- Familiarity with ICD/ICS 705 and physical security for SCI
- Proficient in using DISS.

Clearance Requirements:
- Must be a US Citizen with Top Secret / SCI clearance or eligibility.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional organizational abilities
- Familiarity with JWICS email and DIA Security protocols
- Proactive problem-solving and strategic thinking skills

Willingness to Learn:
- Interest in expanding knowledge in personnel security, information security, and cyber security functions.
